Welcome to Swans Rest - our newest lakeside escape in the Cotswolds. A calm, three-storey retreat made for slow mornings, long evenings, and everything in between.

Wake up to views over the lake. Soak into the hot tub. Drift across the water in your own kayak. With space for families, friends (and dogs too), this is a place to float, feast, and fully switch off. Dine alfresco on the wraparound deck, explore the estate’s tennis courts and games, then sleep deeply under the stars.
