"First room I was given had a very sticky floor at the entrance and there were signs of food left on the floor. Guy at desk seemed bothered I wanted another room. 2nd room was much better though the desk was splattered with something, the cushion under the tv had crumbs in the crevice and there was no do not disturb sign in the room. Breakfast the first morning which started at 6am was beyond underwhelming and seemed not prepared. There were no bagels, no oatmeal. Just cereal and waffles and bananas and some bread. The 24 hr iced water and hot water for the complimentary beverages was inconsistently replenished. I don’t know the cleaning process but on my floor there were dirty paper towels scattered outside of some rooms. Weird. Overall, I would not come back as it’s also not in the best area. "

"We arrived half an hour after check-in and waited 30 minutes in line to check into the hotel. Upon finally getting to the desk, we were told our room was not ready, and the staff had no idea when it would be. Needless to say, we were not happy having to take our bags all the way back to our car, parked down the block. We returned five hours later after the Cardinals game had ended, and our room was ready. The hotel comped us appetizers and drinks which we took advantage of because of the delay in check-in. We had a corner room on the seventh floor, which was really big, very comfortable and super clean. I was very impressed. although it was very annoying at the initial check-in, I was very pleased with the hotel itself, it was very quiet on a Saturday evening and we ended up having a nice day."

"Gave our room away and didnt call us to let us know beforehand. Gave us a different room which was awful. "

"Clean rooms and comfortable bedding. Parking was not great and pretty pricey, but usual for downtown. Close to the Arch and park, which we enjoyed."

"Food at the restaurant is poor and I think it isn’t cooked there just heated up (and not well). There was no housekeeping (was there 3 nights). Clean room but needs some maintenance. Excellent location. Pretty building. Polite staff. No complaints really except don’t recommend you eat there and would be nice if at the very least they provided new cups and coffee pods and emptied the trash daily. "
