The villa is located in quiet neighbor easily accessible from the highway and very close to many restaurants and bars.
The nearest airports are Ancona 40Km, Pescara 80km or Bologna 180km.

Villa Torrione is a newly renovated condo made of 4 independent apartments each with every modern amenity a guest would think of like AirCo, WiFi, dish washer, SmartTVs, Nespresso caffè machine, large queen size double beds and comfy sofas.
The layout of the 4 apartments is the following:

Apartment Magnolia, located on ground floor, features 1 double bedroom, a bedroom with a french size bed, a private bathroom an open space living room with a kitchen and a porch for al fresco dining.

Apartment Ginepro, located on ground floor, features 2 double bedrooms with an extra bed suitable for children, two private bathrooms of which one is an suite and open space living room with a kitchen.

Apartments Oleandro & Olivo, located both on second floor, feature a double bedroom each, a sofabed and a private bathroom and open space living room with a kitchen.

Each apartment is modernly furnished with a minimalist taste in order to make every guest enjoy the large spaces of every area of the villa.

Outside the guests can take full advantage of a swimming pool, used exclusively by the guests of the villa, a spacious well kept garden and a private tennis court.
There is also a large pergola for outdoor lunches and dinners with a large table and a relaxation area with sofas.
Cars can be easily parked inside the property.

Guests who rent the entire villa have exclusive access to the whole house.
Guests have access to a private space around the house to park their car.


If you are on a business trip, Villa Torrione is less than 5 minutes away from a co-working space where is possible to reserve rooms for company meetings or just a space for a quiet working session.
Additionally, at less than 70m away from Villa Torrione, guests can find a nice restaurant which serves tasty local dishes and also some groceries stores.
