Rude. Agressive. Called the Police, threatened me and my Wife. The Police came and calmed the situation. His Wife attempted to throw us out on the street at 1 am in the rain.

La villa è nelle campagne al fresco e luogo molto silenzioso. Abbiamo cenato dai gestori,la cena veramente buona : piccolo antipasto misto ,pasta alla norma, zucchine ripiene di lenticchie gratinate e gelato. Tutta la verdura è di loro coltivazione.

A rural escape from busy urban streets of Italy

We found Sans Souci BB as a last second booking after a failed reservation in Civitavecchia. I was upset that my GPS was taking me 7km outside the city centre but was so pleasantly surprised and relieved when I arrived. The property is an impressive farmhouse style villa on a substantial plot of land complete with all of their own home grown vegetables and chickens producing farm-fresh eggs daily. Michele and Renata host you welcomingly and professionally. They are both well-travelled themselves and understand exactly how to make a travel rest-stop a comfortable and memorable experience. The home cooking was one of the best meals I ate in Italy, 3 classic courses including Michele's own homemade red wine and featuring their family house-pressed olive oil. If quiet countryside is your thing this place is like a tiny oasis!
