Peaceful Island Cottage

"The location in Easdale Island is the perfect escape from madness of life. The cottage was very spacious, clean, quirky & cosy. The attention to detail to cater for all guests (dog beds, bowls, toys etc.) meant a real home away from home. There were games, dvds, kitchen supplies etc.. which was fantastic I would highly recommend a visit and West Coast Cottages whom we're very attentive and easy to contact. 5*"

"Had a delightful two night stay in this wonderful B&B with the most fabulous hosts Jan and Daz who made the visit extra special. The peaceful extensive garden with enchanting secluded spots to read , relax and enjoy the views add to the charm . Staying here is a memorable experience and one we would love to repeat. A few minutes walk to the Oyster Bar and Restaurant and to the ferry to Easdale make it's situation perfect."

"Lovely cottage, fantastic sea views. Very remote, with little amenities, but beautiful walks and scenery. We arrived post storm to no power, but the hosts were so attentive and that continued throughout the stay. Nothing was too much bother for them."

"We had a lovely few days here at Misty Isles Cottage. It was a perfect location for us. Far from crowds and offered a peaceful place to unwind. The hot tub was a great opportunity to relax and had amazing views. The photos of the tub doen't do it justice for its location! The light on this bay is spectacular, whether its a sunny bright morning or a duller misty morning, the beauty cannot be described. The cottage was cosy, warm and inviting and had all the amenities we needed for the week. We checked on departure if there was any availability for another 3 nights! We would love to come back! Thank you Peter and Kirsty."

"We loved the view so much that we barely went out, just relaxed and watched the wildlife. Superb location, feels like an island but is still close to the mainland too. It would be useful to have things like condiments, teabags, and a small milk to get you started."

"Well appointed, cosy cottage with really handy utility area for coats and boots. Kitchen was well equipped with a coffee pod machine but I took my own cafetière. Cottage was warm when the heating was in but cooled quickly as it was December so to stay comfortable the extra electric charges do impact on the cost of your stay. I loved the village, very friendly with plenty of places to walk the dog including an enclosed shinty pitch. Hop on the ferry to Easedale, Kerrera and Luing such a lovely area"
