wonderful place to stay

Staff all very warm and friendly, they were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble the breakfast was amazing and service was second to none Room was very clean and tidy, bed very comfortable would recommend to anyone

Pleasent stay.

Functional neat clean and tidy with friendly staff both on arrival and at breakfast. I would use this hotel again. Handy for Town and Beach and Station.

Really enjoyed stay very comfortable clean and friendly staff breakfast was disappointing felt like it had been precooked and heated in microwave but would stay again next time in Clacton

Terrible attitude

The hotel was fine, decent rooms & parking facilities, however the guy behind the bar selling flat beer from cans at £5 a time, was very rude & refused to refund or even change the undrinkable beer, apparently it was our fault?? Go figure. Won’t be staying at this hotel again.

We walked through the frontdoor and to the right there was a door open leading to another room with three more beds in witch all had men sleeping on. This was not a one-off the door stayed open throughout our stay why ??? It looked and felt a little alcwould.

Good value stay

Met on arrival and shown my room straightaway. Very nice decor with en suite bathroom. Free wifi. Didn't have the chance to take up the offer of breakfast as we were visiting friends who obliged. But overall a lovely stay and would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our short stay at this Hotel

The family room was perfect for myself, my daughter and my two small grandchildren. The ambience of the Hotel was good and we would not be able to fault it from our personal experience of the hostess/receptionist.

Great value for money. I chose this hotel because all other hotels available were double the price or had bad reviews. I was happy with my decision. You get what you pay for - my single room was very small, but I had a good night’s sleep and a filling breakfast in the morning.
