Enough parking (round the back), staff for entry were polite and helpful and the rooms were very cosy and chic, would stay again :)

First of all a caveat in that I stayed at the hotel whilst attending the Rebellion Festival, so I only really used it to sleep in and have breakfast. That said the stay was very good and pretty reasonable for a peak August weekend. The staff were all very friendly and helpful - first class in fact - thank you. If I'm coming to the festival again next year I'd definitely book the Park House again as it met all my requirements.

Fairhaven Hotel is so conveniently located - a five minute walk to coral island where you can get tram to wherever you need to go and you don’t have to worry about the noise from the hustle and bustle of being on the front. Check in with Laura was very informative and friendly. The hotel was lovely and clean - we were shown where the bar, breakfast area, pool table and beer garden were with timings for all as well as given keys to room and front door. We managed to get a car parking space at the hotel which was £10 per night. Room was lovely and clean. Some paint chipped off around window and shower sealant could be doing with being refreshed but that’s nit-picking. Clean towels and bedding provided with bed made up and plenty of pillows. Ample space to unpack clothing. Kettle with plenty of tea and coffee provided as well as remote for TV but we didn’t watch much. WiFi worked well throughout the hotel (we were second floor). I had to borrow a hairdryer which was no problem for the staff when asked at bar. Drinks in the bar very reasonably priced and pool table great! Breakfast was brilliant with all juices, cereal, tea and coffee and the full English breakfast which was very tasty! The breakfast staff were lovely. So polite and friendly. Nothing was an issue for them at all! I travelled as a solo parent with my 5 year old and would highly recommend this hotel.
