"They give you pijamas for kids and they give you tickets for Disneyland. Breakfast was only 2k yens for adult and 1k for kids. The rooms were nice and the hot water super good pressure and great."

"We wanted to do a Disney vacation with our kids as Canadians and wanted to avoid the mess in the U.S., so we opted for Tokyo Disneyland/Sea! This hotel was very reasonably priced, clean, room and bed sizes great for a family of 4. Food at the breakfast buffet (recommend adding breakfast to your stay) was full of so many delicious options, and the dinners were as well. Free shuttle to and from Disney Parks. Recommend this property to stay! "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Some staff can communicate in English , even if they don't understand English they were tried to google translate and accomodate your needs. I give a thumbs up. The hotel is not new renovation but the bed is clean. The room is actually not that small but if they can either reconfigure the room layout or at least put the chair and the humidifier on a wheel so I can move them around the room is better. No one watch the TV why put it on the tidy desk. Fix it to the wall if needed or get rid of it. For the price they charge I am happy with the stay. One thing also if they can have a separate lounge for people to wait for check in, hang out or smoking is better. So other guests coming back to the hotel do not feel like watched by other guests. Lastly, it is very reasonable price to take taxi to the airport. I highly recommend. "

"Staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. The food was great and the rooftop bar was great after a long day of sightseeing The Halloween specialty drinks were delicious! The shuttle was convenient for getting around "

"Friendly staff vent backwards to accommodate your requests. Very well organized small rooms as it is common in Japan. Very clean with a PJs for guests. Right in front of the front desk there are some items like hair brush, bath salts, etc for free for your enjoyment. Electronic bidet in the bathroom. I’m very happy with my room. "

"Convenient location between Shin Urayasu and Maihama stations. All the amenities you'd expect with a shuttle that goes near Disney parks. "

"Very family friendly hotel! Staff was very friendly! Hotel is right at the pick up and drop off for the bus to and from Tokyo Disneyland ! Very convenient! 2 minute walk to a Lawsons. Only issue was one dryer out of 2 was working and gave the clothing a mold/mildew smell. Even after drying for an hour and a half, clothing still not fully dry. Other than that, would stay there again! "

"Service was great. All the staff was helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was more driven towards Japanese food as expected. There was some American type food but the eggs was more watery alright they tasted good. Bedding and room was clean with the bed more on the firmer side. Size of the room was good not small as it accommodated all 4 of us without feeling cramped. Transportation right across of the hotel which will take you to shin-uruyasu station where you can take the train to Tokyo station in about 20-30 mins. (Trains and buses are definitely on time and you can set your watch to it without problem). Free to and from Disney shuttle and transportation to and from the airport (pick up and drop off is at the Hyatt hotel which is next door). Last but definitely not least there is a Lawson on the premise that is open 24 hours with food that is fresh and inexpensive; my husband and son went there everyday at different times of the day (10/10). Definitely recommend not just for the price but for the peace and quiet including the staff helpful nature, and Lawson. "
