"Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely visit again. Clean, good sized rooms with all of the amenities. Only downside being a city centre location is the cost of parking. You do get a 50% discount as a guest but it is still £17.50 per day. Great location with everything you need in walking distance."

"Great from check in till check out. Breakfast buffet was lovely. Work going on, so a bit difficult to park, but we found a space. Short walk into the town with lots of places to eat with 5/10 minutes walk. Would book again when visiting Harrogate "

"The staff were fabulous. We were put in a assisted access room. Which we did not request. Lamps did not work. Our aircon did not work unfortunately and so i had to request a fan at 3am as too hot to sleep. The maintenace team came to the room the morning after and could not fix the problem so we were moved to another room. The aircon in the new room worked, yet the tv did not. Again we had maintenance take a look and it was not fixed. At least we slept that evening. The rest of the stay was good."
