"This is a newer hotel. The room was very nice and clean. Loved that it was close to downtown. We never moved the car unless going elsewhere. Breakfast was limited, but it was still good. "

"My creek side room was huge and was very clean with really high ceilings. I strongly recommend paying a little more for the upgrade. Given the great price I wouldn't take a star of for this, but I had to look very straight down to see the creek --- and my overall view was of a parking lot and a very high hill. I was on the 3rd floor so I think that a first room one would be ideal.The balcony was pretty nice. I chatted with the manager for about an hour one day. He is awesome. The indoor pool is really nice but sometimes the hot tub is really crowded. But once during my recent stay no one was in either. The outdoor pool was closed when I was there but it's fairly nice. It's in a perfect location I by a really nice and the entrance The Smoky Mountains Park.It's a 5 minute walk to the strip. I didn't eat there but the restaurant at the hotel was open for breakfast and lunch every day that I was there. However it gets great reviews about everywhere that I've seen. Also I like that it is family owned instead of the money going to some corporation. For the price this is a really great value. "

"Our room was very clean. The bed and sheets were super comfortable. Enjoyed the gym daily during our multi-day stay. The breakfast had a nice variety of cold and hot items. The staff was kind and gracious! We will definitely stay at this location again!"

"We did not make it to the place got snowed out on the mountain but the hotel quickly said they would give me a refund even though I booked it saying no refund they where understanding and checked on us after we didn’t show up when we thought we would be there thank you top service "

"The peace and quiet was well received had a little issue with the thermostat, but I think that’s because it was pre-programmed for when people are not there. Other than that the view was outstanding. Everything we needed was there. The cleanliness was five star. Everything function the way it was supposed to, and sometimes that in itself is enough, but I have to say above board setting above board amenities and a spectacular view. "
