"I liked that the room, hotel and café were very clean and the staff was very helpful with issues we were having. Chris, the hotel manager, was extremely helpful showing us how to "cast" on the TV. It's not mentioned that they don't have cable and there are no directions what to do. Our room didn't have glasses, cups, extra blankets or hangers. Not everyone rolls in with just a backpack! The staff helped get those things that we needed. Overall, our stay was good and we loved the fact we could walk to downtown to the park, shops and restaurants, since we didn't rent a car. I expect these problems will be solved with time. The hotel is only a few months old."
