Lovely place to stay. Convenient for a regular bus and a 10 minute walk to the tram terminus. Had excellent meals in the pier house and Porto and Fi.

The staff was welcoming and helpful when questioned, the lobby space and sitting area were kept clean, and the water station was always kept filled with mint and lemons.
