"I give these accommodations 5 stars for many reasons even though it was not 100% as expected. Please allow me to explain in detail. First the bed was not memory foam, I used extra pillows, lined up on the sofa and slept, I slept very good that way. The restaurant and spa is not on site, that was disappointing but the manager Jolene had my breakfast delivered every morning for 25 mornings. They could get a frying pan and more cooking utensils, but no complaints. Now the reason I give 5 stars is the service! WOW! American hotels and restaurants should honestly send their staff to Vietnam in order to get proper customer care with a course on hospitality and great service! These people I encountered went above and beyond their pay grade!! They were extremely kind, dependable, caring, and so courteous I can not even form words of appreciation I have for the staff at Pegasy! The last 2 nights I had to be moved to another room because a major storm blew my air conditioner the manager immediately had me be moved without hesitation. The maintenance man was very kind and I absolutely adored housekeeping!! She came every morning with my breakfast and every afternoon she came and cleaned my room. Fresh towels every day, no need to ask done automatically. Fresh filtered water delivered daily! I highly recommend this apartment/hotel for solo to family! I enjoy people and because of the staff I will return and stay here. The restaurant next door and Pastry across the street exceptional."
