"We had a fantastic 1-week stay at Hanoi Riverview Boutique Hotel! The suite was absolutely splendid with a pretty balcony and lavish bathtub - my kid especially loved the projector setup which made us feel like we had our own home theatre. The hotel’s peaceful location, away from the city’s hustle, made for a truly relaxing stay. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, consistently going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. A special mention to our receptionist Flower, who went out of her way to help us with tour bookings and was so kind to show us around Hanoi’s Old Town. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly. 🙃"

"Our stay at Dusit was very relaxing after long days of travel and touring the city it was so lovely coming back to a refreshing clean room. The stay was so nice we went to HCM and Phu Quoc came back and wanted to stay here again. Hung Luu at check in was very respectful and helpful both times we stayed. As well as Tram Anh at breakfast was very pleasant and kind. I would give them 10/5 for hospitality and will always stay here if ever back in Hanoi "

"Best customer service EVER! Upon my late check in, it was nice to be met with a cold towel, welcome drink & dried fruit. They even went so far as to make a little cake for me and deliver it to my room with a short birthday song! Location is great as it's literally right around the corner from the lake surroinded by many restaurants that also have sky bars. Breakfast has SO much variety & they offer cooked-to-order items as well. I didnt use the spa but it was nice to know that its a service. The property has great decor, super clean and is very quiet considering how busy the street below is. That said, the property is a little older & I(along some other guests) had an issue with a weird moldy smell in my room but I moved immediately. The staff are all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. They learned my name quickly, offered help with tours & local rec's, even walked me to my Grab to translate everytime I took a ride. Don't hesitate to give them a try. I felt so taken care of here & everyone helped to make my birthday in Hanoi a memorable one.🙏"

"We really enjoyed the area, there were plenty of different food options and wasn’t as busy as Hanoi old quarter Only thing that let it down for us was the bed was extremely firm but besides that perfect "

"Good rooms in a convenient location. Many international food options nearby. It was nice having a fridge and washing machine in my room. WiFi was spotty at times and the power did go out during my stay for over an hour. Not super soundproof but there are only a couple of rooms on each floor so it’s not a huge deal"
