"After waiting half an hour at 9pm for someone to arrive at the office, we got told we could stay in a room (room 3). Once we had unpacked and got into bed we got a knock on the door and were told we had to move rooms to room 8. We went to room 8 where as soon as we opened the door, an awful, nauseating smell hit us. There was also a loud generator sound. There was no way we could stay in the room. We got told that there were no other rooms available and we would have to find somewhere else...

"The room was great super close to pool. The staff was exceptional, Defne was quick to respond and determined for us to have an excellent stay. Came for one day and extended an extra day with ease. Definitely would recommend."
