"Staff was very friendly. From check in to assistance at breakfast. The kind staff assistant at breakfast was especially kind and helpful. Breakfast options were good. Its your standard continental fair, with hot and cold food options, but they were good. Room was comfortable, but a bit dated. There was some candy pieces left on the floor in the room near the balcony. A bit dusty in a few places. Elevator is slow and a bit wobbly. There was a power outage that lasted a few minutes. This happened in the morning so I couldn't tell it was specific to the hotel or the surrounding area. I didn't get the chance to try the other amenities. Close by to food and about a 15 minute drive to Acrisure arena."

"Front desk: The staff was friendly and welcoming at both check-in and check-out! The process of both were quick and easy. Parking: Parking was plentiful and we didn’t have any issues finding a spot, nor did we have any safety concerns. Room: Our room was clean and comfortable. I appreciate when hotels have shampoo/conditioner/lotion available in the bathroom. Amenities: We utilized the pool and hot tub, enjoyed the dinner reception, and ended our stay with complimentary breakfast. The pool chairs were clean with plenty of towels available. The food was fresh and delicious with many options for breakfast. I want to especially thank the bartender for dinner reception on Saturday 6/20. I’m not a big drinker so I wasn’t sure what to order. He made me a delicious, fruity drink that wasn’t too strong for me! My 3 year old had requested a “fun drink” as well and he made her an Italian soda that she was so excited about. Surrounding area: So many food and shops nearby. It was about 30 mins from the Aerial Tram at Mt San Jacinto (the reason for our visit). It felt like a very safe area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it!"

"We love visiting this place, soaking up the sun, being on the water and relaxing! The Capri restsurant great! Staff is great!!! Rooms seem to be a bit hit or miss. Room 215 this time. Nice pool view but only one well worn chair on patio that looked like it would break if you sat on it. Beds very well used and sunken in the middle. Great pillows though. And black mold or something black in the shower tile grout. Would be nice if they had WiFi."
