"Room was clean, staff was friendly, didn't eat breakfast on site, beach view great. With a beach view expect a bright morning sun. What we did like was that we got this room 314 on just a short notice. Plus, you're right on the beach!"

"The rooms were quaint and a little small, but the double queen ocean front on the third floor was adequate. The balconies were small and have solid walls on the left and right side and so therefore the morning sun brings in at a very, very hot arrival and there’s no breeze to help push the heat out of that little square block you’re in so it’s pretty much unbearable to watch the sun rise after it actually gets a little bit above the ocean the maid service was hit and miss couple days we found them just slipping the card under the door asking us if we wanted our room made up well of course we did and we were gone all day one day and got in at 3:30 and I saw the maid in the hallway and she said that they got off at four and that she would catch us tomorrow and threw me a couple extra towels that was unacceptable but we managed to get made service the rest of the week after I complain to the front desk. The breakfast was absolutely great. The free breakfast. The eggs are sausage. We’re good. Don’t get there right at 7 o’clock but everything’s not real hot yet. Best time to go around 7:45 or 8 o’clock that’s about it."

"We had a wonderful stay at this motel. The property was very nice, and we especially enjoyed the easy access to the beach. The staff was friendly, polite, and always helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, which made our stay even more convenient. We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel Alice is beautiful and a short walk across the street to the beach. You feel like you are staying at a fancy hotel, but it is so affordable! We will always choose this hotel when going to Atlantic Beach or Pine knoll Shores."
