"Almost everything was good I had a couple issues though minor issue the breakfast seemed rushed and the milk was warm and the man that opened the milk container reached in his pocket pulled out what looked to be his personal folding pocket knife opened it and stuck it in the seal obviously containing the milk inside with who knows what he had used the knife for prior to cutting the seel on the milk and wiping the blade of on his pants before folding it back up and putting back in his pocket . I know GROSS RIGHT . I immediately surrendered my breakfast to the trash can .Then later in the day the toilet became clogged and wouldn't flush so I dial the front desk to inform them and I was going to ask for a plunger . And the lady kindly informed me she would let maintenance know and they would be right up to handle the situation I had dozed off for a nap waking up to realize no one ever came for the toilet.i then called back down to the front desk to see why this was not a priority. Only to be told the maintenance man have the room number confused and went to the wrong room not sure if he went to the room that he thought it was realized the toilet wasn't clogged and didn't care to investigate the situation any further while we're still sitting in the room with a clogged up toilet for hours at this point so I called back again the lady at the front desk seems surprised that he had not now that he knew the correct room number came and rectified the problem so I had to go downstairs "

"The only reason I booked this hotel was to get a shuttle to the airport in the morning. The room was dirty the toilet made a squealing noise everytime it filled back up and guess what. No shuttle available. I still have to pay another $30 to take a lyft to the airport. Will never stay here again."

"I was greated upon arrival, the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was hot and there were plenty of options. "

"The location, for our purposes was ideal. The Hotel was well kept. Overall the staff was kind & helpful. Our only was that the room is only cleaned every 4th day. "

"Hotel was nice. We were too early to get breakfast (expected that) Shuttle was convenient. It was a super long walk to the room though. Would have been nice if we could have gotten in the convention center entrance."
