"We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Parking was easy access. Ordered Food by the pool was very good and the bartender was really nice. The room was very spacious suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom area with a living room & couch. The shower was not the best as the shower curtain was super thin and did not stay in the wall in shower and water would get on the floor. The floors were grungy in the corners. Cleaning crew exchanged towels, but did not make our beds or replace the shampoo/conditioner or soap. The refrigerator was super small and not convenient for a long stay when buying groceries. This suite could benefit from a larger fridge and freezer. "

"Staff very nice and friendly. Room clean. Older decor with "motel" entrance for some rooms,so door faces parking lot. We were close walk to Cocoa beach,which was across couple streets,and down path.large breakfast with usuals waffles,egg,sausage etc. Lots of activities looked like for kids. Restaurants closed times we were there. We checked in just after6p"

"No pets. Had Pool,tennis court,fitness room . outdoor seating but smokers . Breakfast was only muffins, toast,cereal,apples,bananas, juice, milk , coffee. Hotel was back off main road , so it was quiet and private . Furniture kind of antiquey, quaint. No overhead light, only 2 lamps didn’t provide much light . Small table and chair and desk w/ chair . Tv, small fridge and coffee make. .convenient location to mall , lot of restaurants near by, walked to a nice diner for breakfast, thrift store next door. 20 minutes or so from Kennedy space Center. Parks nearby. Nice stay. No carpeting. Staff was welcoming and nice . Only stayed 2 nights, towels were replaced after 1st night . Outside could use update / paint . "

"Shower was renovated and room was clean. The staff is very helpful and the motel offers a shuttle to the cruise terminals for a good price if you ask at the front desk. Room smelled like humidity. Some other clients looked a bit shady. Air conditioner blasts directly on the bed. This motel is perfect if you plan on just spending the night and leave in the morning for a cruise. Not for a long stay."

"Nice 60’s vintage bungalow home with thoughtful updates. It was very clean and had thoughtful amenities, like extra towels, snacks, etc. Great location for seeing Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach."

"We recently stayed here with a group of friends — 4 families total — and it was absolutely perfect! The house truly had everything we could have ever needed or wanted. The game room kept the kids (and adults) entertained for hours, and the pool, hot tub, and yard games were such a hit for all!The home was incredibly clean and very well maintained. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, which made it so comfortable for multiple families to stay together without feeling crowded.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to make memories. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!"

"No hand towels or face cloths in bathroom. Couch has obvious stains and bed pillow was gross under pillow case, quite stained. Otherwise a good stay, great location."
