New Listing! Historic Cocoa Village with Pool on Banana River!
10/10 Excellent
"Its a cute little property in a great location. 5 minute walk to cocoa village! Must have a chocolate crossaint at Ozarios! Just understand that the twin bed is in a kinda closet area. There are no outlets. Bring extension cord and fan. It was fine for 2 nights. The sofa bed was fine. The queen bed was comfy. Easy check in. Its steps from the pool which was cool on a hot summer day. We booked for location to kayak on Merritt Island! Great deal!!! The owner was great and easy to get in touch with! :)"
"It was the perfect stay. Debbi has everything that you need and the cottage was decorated so cute. It was walking distance to the village as promised, and we were not disappointed. It’s on my list for future stays"
"The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The motel was a good distance to a lot of stuff in Cocoa and the area was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again."
