Very enjoyab!e vacation

We have been staying at a motel about a mile away for the last 8 years. Nice location on the beach,but it was a single room, and on the dark side. Nice for maybe two to three nights. The price had gone up due to ownership change, so we decided to try something different, since we wanted to stay for 6 nights. We were very pleased with our choice of Cocoa Sands. So much so, that we are planning to return next year for possibly 2 weeks. We had a very pleasent stay, nice accomodations, easy access to the beach, friendly neighbors. Just a really nice stay.

Great small room with everything you need!

This cottage is small but they have thought of anything you might need. We don't spend much time in the room so the size didn't bother us at all. The beach is beautiful and never crowded. They have a room with chairs, umbrellas and beach toys which is so nice they provide everything. We will definitely be back!

Everything was as expected. The only fault was there were no bbq tools and the bbq was dirty and needed cleaning before it could be used, so our dining option to cook steak and burgers on the grill did not happen.

This is our third time coming to Cocoa Sands and we’ve enjoyed ourselves each time. The location is the best offering a much quieter side of the beach and town but still a short distance to all of the action. 👍🏽 Our best friends and kids stayed at a different unit and both were clean, welcoming and nicely decorated. All you could need was offered. Only thing missing that would make it perfect is a pool. 😉 Thanks again… we had a great time!

Great location and beautiful cottage

A few steps to beach. My 2 yr son loved the path to the beach. Room was so comfortable. I was worried about where to sleep my son, sure enough the bed was very tall, but there was a sofa bed. Owner responded my questions very quick. I recommend this place. Add one thing, there’s towels but just 2 sets. So I was doing the laundry very diligently. I hope there’s two more sets of towels.

Absolutely loved our stay!! Super cute cottage, very comfortable beds! They have everything...you come straight from the airport and can be on the beach in less than a minute! They have chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, coolers, towels, sunscreen! Great beach view from back balcony! Great communication and flexible! We cannot wait to go back!!

My daughter and I really enjoyed staying in this rental. It was very clean and comfortable. Beach is wide and clean. Very family friendly and not crowded at all despite being Spring break. There is a storage area with chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. There is a bus stop 2 blocks away and the bus/beach trolley will take you into the downtown area. I recommend downloading the app or you have to pay exact change.

We had a wonderfully relaxing girlfriends’ long weekend in this stylish and cozy condo! The place was quiet, stylish, and had almost everything we needed. (Maybe you could add a cheese grater) The proximity to the beach was perhaps the best part! Thank you!

Clean but cramped for space

This was a decent place for a week getaway with my spouse. Location was great and the neighborhood was quiet. Jazzy's Lobster was decent and Thai Thai III was amazing! The online amenities could have been a little more descriptive and stated that they had a coffee pot. We brought our own because we didn't see one in the picture of the kitchen! Also, there were only two of us in this space and it felt extremely tight both around the bed and in the living room, especially with gear. I feel they should list the square footage in the description. We're guestimating it was approximately 400 square feet total for the bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom...yikes. There's no way this property would hold four people with luggage comfortably.

Nice getaway

Super clean and centrally located. A little tight for 3 people but we also brought surfboards. The area is more residential so the beach is less crowded, but still near shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Owner was great, super easy to communicate deal with. Property better than described. Everything was easy. Great unit right on a less populated portion of the beach which made.ot perfect for a family get away. I will rent from Cocoa Sands again because of the fantastic experience!
