About this property

Charming 3 Bedroom Home. Sleeps 6. 1/2 Block to Beach

  • This home keeps its original charm after many modernizing updates. It has 3 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 baths, a comfortable living room with a large smart tv and a separate dining room that seats 8. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes ,pots and pans and has a gas stove, dish washer and large fridge with ice maker. There is a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and storage.

    Beach chairs, toys, bikes and towels are provided. There is a screened-in front porch and a large fenced in private patio and garden area with a grill and a large back yard.

    The beach access is 1/2 block away. A few hundred steps in the other direction is a Putt- Putt course and a great Italian restaurant. Cocoa Beach Pier is within walking distance and the Port, a 27 hole golf course and a huge public pool are a short drive away.
    This is a clean, comfortable place for a couple or a family to use as a base to see the worlds or just enjoy the wonderful Cocoa Beach -Cape Canaveral area.
