The main floor features an open-concept layout with floor-to-ceiling windows, comfortable seating, Smart TVs, and a seamless indoor–outdoor design. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen includes Bosch appliances, an oversized island, and a dedicated coffee and espresso bar. Dining spaces overlook the pool and tropical landscaping, making the home perfect for gathering and entertaining.

The primary suite spans the top level and includes a private balcony with ocean views, a spa-style bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower, double vanities, and a midnight kitchen. Additional bedrooms on all three levels offer privacy, Smart TVs, ample storage, and modern coastal finishes, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests.

Outdoor living is a highlight at Drift Haus. Enjoy a private heated pool, spa, lounge seating, and a summer kitchen with grill and dining space. Multiple balconies capture ocean breezes, while the rooftop deck provides panoramic coastline views and front-row visibility of launches from Kennedy Space Center.

Pool Heating Notice: The pool is heated based on ambient outdoor temperatures. During colder weather, the pool may not reach hot-tub temperatures and will feel cooler than expected. The pool heater is designed to maintain comfortable swim temperatures, not spa-level heat.

The home also features an elevator serving all floors, high-speed WiFi, garage and driveway parking, and beach gear including chairs, umbrellas, and towels. Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa.

Located in a central, walkable Cocoa Beach neighborhood, Drift Haus is close to restaurants, cafés, surf shops, and local attractions. Port Canaveral, Ron Jon Surf Shop, and the Kennedy Space Center are minutes away. Melbourne Orlando Airport is a short drive, and Orlando International Airport is approximately one hour away.

🏡 House Rules – Please Read Carefully

We’re thrilled to have you at our home and want your stay to be both relaxing and safe. Please review the following house rules:

🚫 No Smoking
This is a 100% smoke-free home. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside on the property.

🚫 No Candles
For your safety and the protection of our home, no candles or open flames are permitted indoors.

🚫 No Parties or Large Gatherings
Events, large parties, and unauthorized guests are not allowed. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM).

👶 Child & Pool Safety

Children must be supervised at all times near or in the pool area.
Please use the Poolguard PGRM-2 In-Ground Pool Alarm for added safety.
The pool alarm is required to be in use during your stay.
🔔 How to Use the Poolguard PGRM-2 Pool Alarm:
Before swimming:
Remove the alarm from the pool (lift it out carefully).
Place it on a flat surface away from water while swimming.
After swimming:
Reinsert the alarm back into the pool, vertically, with the sensor tube submerged.
Press the reset button on the top panel (you’ll hear a beep indicating it’s reactivated).
Make sure the red indicator light is blinking—this means it`s armed.
If the alarm goes off unexpectedly:
Use the included magnetic key or the manual reset button to silence it.
Note: Alarm will activate if water is disturbed while armed—this is normal and for your safety!

🔥 Natural Gas Grill Use

Our outdoor kitchen features a natural gas grill—not propane.
Please shut off the burners after every use.
Do not leave the grill unattended while in use.
