  • Welcome to the Sandy Pelican, your perfect beach retreat. This home has been owned by our family since 1947 and reimagined with custom craftsmanship in almost every corner! Blending classic coastal charm with tasteful modern upgrades, this home offers the ideal setting for family vacations, relaxing getaways, or fun-filled beach weeks!

Guests that smoke inside the home or violate the pet policy, may result in a $350 charge for each violation for extensive cleaning.
Quiet hours will be from 9pm – 7am on weekdays and 11pm-7am on weekends. Please be mindful of your neighbors.
