"I was very disappointed in the way we were treated trying to check in. Two handicapped women traveling together, one with leg brace and cane, the other with a walker, we arrived a couple hours early from the airport, before the 3pm check in but the office was locked. Sign stated the staff hours open til 5pm but the office was locked. No one was around anywhere. We stood outside a bit and then called the phone # on the sign and a rude man answered. ‘It’s not my fault you arrived early.’ ‘Just park and wait til 3.’ I told him we were handicapped and unable to stand outside the bldg, didn’t have a car and had just arrived from the airport. ‘You’ll have to sit in the hallway and wait. It’s not my fault you arrived early.’ We were on the outside of the bldg and looked about and had no idea what he meant because we saw no chairs and no hallway. We asked where the hallway was? ‘It’s not my fault you don’t know what a hallway is.’ ‘Someone will be there at 3:00.’ I’ve never spoke to someone so rude. After hanging up the phone we looked about and decided he meant for us to sit outside the first floor rooms where a couple of chairs sat outside each room. This must be the hallway? We found a chair and waited, after a bit a kind gentleman arrived saying the room would be ready shortly, they were being cleaned. We expected to wait a short while after arriving a little early but was not expecting such rude hateful treatment by staff when trying to check in. "

"Pros: good and safe location, nice breakfast, friendly staff, close to beach, no bugs. Cons: no elevator, connecting doors must be made from cereal boxes because it’s like they’re in your room. Absurdly overpriced during spring break. "
