"The room was clean. The air conditioner had a smell to it. Like refrigerant. Bed was nice and comfy. Room was very clean. Lobby had no ac it was broke this weekend. "
"This was my favorite vacation and vacation spot ever!
First, the front desk person was extremely nice. She showed me a map of the grounds, where the beach was, and some suggestions for places to eat and things to do. This was greatly appreciated as it was my first time in the Siesta area.
The room was incredibly clean and even came with 4 beach towels that we could exchange for new towels at any time. We were a leisurely 3 minute walk from the beach. That was super great.
The location itself has laundry on premesis, as well as TWO separate pools. One is a more updated fancy looking pool with waterfalls and many places to sit or lay out. The other, older, pool is a basic rectangle but goes to about 8 ft deep. We took advantage of both of these pools and they were both great and a comfortable temperature.
Within walking distance was about 10-15 restaurants, a few ice cream places, a donut place, a convenience store, and a bus stop for the free trolly/bus that goes up to Siesta Beach and to downtown Sarasota. It runs every 15 mins or so.
I cannot thank this property, its friendly staff, and its great cleaning folks enough. Thank you so much for a great vacation. "
"This is a valet only type of downtown hotel that offers a rooftop pool for a quick dip or fabulous sunset views. The whole hotel and the rooms are clean and well cared for. The staff anticipated your every need and the food from the rooftop bar to the on-site restaurant is top notch. An incredible deal to stay in the middle of all the action in downtown Sarasota."

"Perfect location...very close to shops, restaurants and Siesta Keys Beach. Everything was cleaned, organized, and well stocked. The host provided detailed information upon check in / throughout the stay...very quick to respond! The backyard was (plentiful) immaculately landscaped...fully fence with grass for the pups and immense privacy. Loved the heated pool (long enough for laps) and heated outdoor shower. The design / layout was amazing, all bedrooms faced the pool with sliding glass doors, blinds and roller shades. The beds were bery comfortable, cold AC and fans. Love the back bed room with the couch our main hangout. The front room main TV area was great for movie night very spacious! Will be recommending this place to others!! "
