"The place is nice and close to Sedona . The staff are a bit underwhelming and not very welcoming. Checking in and out was not what I would expect for the cost of staying. I would also not call this place a resort . It is a small family hotel in a resort town. "

"Booked for a family of 8 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Kids slept on the sofa beds which were ok in terms of comfort. The king beds were very comfortable. It was very clean and quite well stocked for cooking meals. "

"The house was located just across the street from the CoffeePot Rock Trail head. I think its called Tea Cup Trail. That was very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet. The yard is small and as shown. The views are incredible. The house was as advertised. It suited us very well. "

"What a wonderful, but too short stay in this beautiful home!Very well appointed......from the kitchen, bathrooms, games, towels for the hot tub, comfortable seating inside and out......was truly a comfortable stay! Nice to be a little away from downtown, but convenient to restaurants, a charging station for my EV, and trailhead in the neighborhood! Highly recommend and we will return! "Perfect 2 bedroom home in Sedona. Location is excellent. View is incredible! Great for watching the sunrise and has a shaded deck in late afternoon. Home is well equipped with nice features. Would highly recommend the home to anyone going to Sedona. The company managing the property sent some annoying text messages telling me an early check in or late checkout was available for 100 per hour. I wasn’t even interested but it made it clear that they were just trying to squeeze some extra money out of us. "
