"I had such high hopes for my stay at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite, especially given the beautiful location and everything it promises but unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to that at all. From the start, things just felt off. Service was inconsistent, and it often felt like basic hospitality details were overlooked. There were multiple moments where I had to follow up or figure things out on my own, which took away from what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway. For a place that markets itself as a luxury mountain retreat, I expected a lot more attentiveness and care. The environment itself is undeniably beautiful ,Yosemite is stunning ,but the experience inside the lodge didn’t match that energy. When you’re paying for a certain level of comfort and service, those little things really matter, and unfortunately, they added up. I’m sharing this not to be negative, but to be honest. I really wanted to love this place, and maybe others have had better experiences, but mine just wasn’t it. If you’re planning a trip, just go in with realistic expectations the location is incredible, but the stay itself may not match"

"We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Host were really helpful and welcoming.The farm animals were so friendly especially the dog and cat. Host set up the campfire for us and it was a beautiful and calm place to do star gazing.Kids will definitely love the place bcoz of the animals.Highly recommended "

"Everything was great, just like the pictures! The hot tub was nice and hot, the kitchen was super convenient, the beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the Jumani. If you like stainless steel cookware all you might need is a large skillet for bacon but everything you need is there for a good meal. There is a Vons and Raleys close by for groceries and the Yosemite sites are an hour away! The drive is absolutely beautiful. Patty was real good with answering any questions quickly. The deer and wild turkeys were there to keep us company. Highly recommend!"
