"Loved our time at this property. We had 14 people and it worked out great. Location so close to the lake was fabulous and we could easily get to the ferry and train stations. Host David was fabulous and always available. Going to Bellagio and Varenna and Mennagio was great since there are no lines at Colico and it is quiet, peaceful and away from tourists at this property. I would recommend and would go back again to this property. Grass area was great for our grandkids to play on and hot tub...

"Uns hat die Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Das Einchecken verlief unkompliziert über einen Tür-Code. In der Wohnung hat man alles, was man braucht. Wir haben die Abende oft auf der Terrasse mit Seeblick ausklingen lassen. Mit der Bahn, Rädern oder einem Auto hat man die Möglichkeit, um dem Comer See herum schöne Orte zu entdecken. Zu Fuß ist sowohl der Strand, als auch Läden und Restaurants in ganz Colico erreichbar. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!"

"Das Ferienhaus „Villa Archi“ liegt in einem ruhigen Teil von Colico, ein Stück weit oberhalb des Sees. Das Haus ist sehr gross, in hervorragendem Zustand, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. "Such a beautiful setting!!! The pool, the room, the view of Lake Como against the alps was breathtaking! The front staff was so helpful! The breakfast and server were lovely. The town of Colico was quaint. The train station is a short walk. The hotel room was total modern luxury vibe. Beautiful bathroom, soft robes, towels and blankets even a hat for the pool. Also a beautiful beach bag to use while there! Top notch. Super quiet, super safe setting. Easy to catch ferry to go around the lake. Highly recommended!! The Lake with the marina was perfect!"

"We stayed for two nights and the experience was shockingly poor. We had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door from the beginning, but hotel personnel entered while we were out, moved our personal belongings and threw away papers I had placed with my medication. Another occurrence while we were sleeping in the afternoon a male staff member entered the room without knocking and walked all the way to the bed, and after realising he said he had the wrong room. This is the staff who’s usually at the entrance and helps with parking, probably he wanted to clear or help with luggage for another room.. Around 20–30 minutes later, another housekeeping staff member entered again, probably for cleaning or who knows why despite the same Do Not Disturb sign!! Unacceptable! The personnel has no sense of being cautious and at leat knock. Instead they all just to barge in! The room also could not be locked from the inside, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. We reported everything to reception immediately, but there was no proper follow-up, no real apology from management and no gesture at checkout. Felt like they didn’t really care. The room was decent, but the staff training, privacy standards and guest safety were completely unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. I would not stay here again and do not recommend."
