"Staff, breakfast, location and pool facilities were all outstanding - easily 5-stars. Overall room experience (3-stars) room size was great and the hotel team kindly accommodated an extra matress. The room we were allocated - 015 - though had a lot of plant noise and was in need of refurbishment (one of the night lights had exposed plastic wires, there was a lot of plant noise - extractor or aircon - especially noticable at night, water took a long time to run hot, toilet seat wasn't fitted...
