"Great hotel, secure parking, always a bonus. Menu choice was great. Prices were also good. Only complaint, halway floor 1, smelt of stale cigarette smoke, but rooms did not."

"Loved the pool and thermal suite. I've stayed at 4 hotels in the area and this was the best. Restaurant steal was amazing. Most meals seemed to come with coleslaw rather than any meaningful fibre and nutrition. I ate at the bar the pub the restaurant and found the same in each. Pool opens at 6:30 which isn't quite early enough for my taste. Especially when they were 5 minutes late opening the door and I had to ask at reception."
