To avoid. We have payed 1 room for 2 days that we have not been able to take. We have not been able to have the keys for the room even if we had payed for it in advance and called the hotel several times some hours before and after the check-in hours to have the check-in instructions and the code to take the key of the room. The telephone proposed in the platform is a voicemail, no one has answered or called us back. Text messages are only answered by Expedia, not by the hotel. Finally, we have had to take another hotel in order to have a place to sleep. Expedia is trying to contact the hotel for the reimboursment, but the hotel is not answering. It will be long and not sure if we are going to be reimboursed. To avoid
