"House was clean and host was very responsive. Was great to be next to the water and be allowed to have our dogs. House was a little run down and property was pretty overgrown, especially out back where your lake view is and the stairs down to the dock. If you are planning on basically sleeping and just spending your time out on the lake boating, it’s great."

"Our family (8 of us) stayed 5 nights and absolutely loved the place! Location, house size, yard size, amenities, cleanliness; everything was tremendous. Nobody felt crowded in the house it is spacious. The indoor and outdoor games were great, with the game room being a highlight. Ann, our landlord, was awesome snd extremely accommodating. All in all our family loved their first vacation in Idaho!"

"This place exceeded expectations. It is far more spacious and comfortable than the photos show. It was very comfortable for our group of 6. Everything was well stocked. We were able to dip in the lake, use the hot tub, grill outdoors, use the kitchen, entertain ourselves in the game and living rooms. The yard around the house is beautiful and spacious. Despite having AC units only in the rooms, the home stayed pretty cool despite the 90 degree days. Definitely recommend this place! Gavin was a great host and responsive to questions."

We were staying there mainly because we were going to Silverwood, but we all agreed that we could have had more fun staying at the house and playing in the water. We will definitely stay here again."

"We were there August 2026! The house is great; it has everything you need including AC. There was a boat launch close and a dock at the property. The stay was relaxing but we also had lots to do. Spend a day at silverwood - quick easy drive from the property too. Love the property and Sandpoint!"
