"The staff was very nice, we just wanted an early check in that was not available. So the experience started a little bitter."

"It is a place to stay if you need a place near the airport. It was the cheapest when I was looking. The only restaurant somewhat walkable is the IHOP on site, but a bus stops right in front that goes to locations with other eateries. They have a shuttle that gets you to the airport in less than 10 mins, but hours are limited and it only comes every 45 mins. It has a pool that looked clean, but I didn't see anyone use it and it did not look fun. It looked like some of the rooms were occupied by people there long-term, but everyone was quiet and respectful of others."

"I really liked this hotel, it’s a little difficult to come up with criticisms of it. The staff were really helpful, the room was clean and fairly nice although there were a couple of things in the room that were a little worn. One of the lamps shades looked a little crushed, and I think there may have been a tear in one of the seats. Other than that, it was quite decent. Breakfast was nice and that it provided a lot of options, but I can’t say it was necessarily high-quality."

"Maintenance problems. Things should have been addressed proactively. In addition, no working fan in the bathroom was causing stalactites to form over the sink, which was proof that ongoing issues are being ignored. We asked for a quiet room twice but were ignored and placed on the main road. I also don't really like to pull back the bedding and see a long, black hair on the sheets. Attitude and so-so comprehension of English are also issues. We stayed here 7 years ago without problems, but after this stay, we will not stay here again. "
