Start your holiday in this house ,one step away from the lake and its boats.
You can come by train: it is located a few steps from Como San Giovanni station.
The house is inside an elegant and silent courtyard and will allow you to appreciate the restaurants and bars of the centre, but always ensuring a peaceful rest.
The house is cool , also at your disposal is a fan.
You will find everything that can be used to satisfy your habits.
Starting with a small welcome, I will be available for your requests during your stay.

Perfect place to stay in Como!

Cute Apartment Close to Everything

This is a nice little apartment right in the heart of the historic area. Nothing fancy but met our needs. The host was very responsive and gave some nice restaurant recommendations.

Great apartment right next to the water

This apartment was great for a weekend in Como. It was clean, comfortable, and feels secluded even though it is in a busy location during the day. Only a few steps out the front door and you have access to several cafe's and restaurants which make it an easy spot to find dinner after a long day of walking around the lake. My wife and I would definitiely rebook this location.

Excellent!

Very nice!!!! Beautiful area as well. Patrizia was the best host! She left a present for us. It was spaghetti and tomato sauce, so we had a nice cooked dinner with a bottle of wine. 😊 We would definitely come here again! Grazie Patrizia!

This property is exactly as advertised. The manager gave specific instruction concerning entry to the property. The location is private and quiet while allowing for quick access to the busy city center. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Como.
