Villa "Esparragueras" with Sea View, Pool and Wi-Fi

Located in Cómpeta, Villa "Esparragueras" offers you a fantastic view of the sea. The two-story accommodation consists of two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and can accommodate six people. Amenities also include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating, a washing machine, and a smart TV with streaming services. A baby cot and a high chair are available on request.



Your private outdoor area includes a heated pool, a garden, three open terraces, a covered terrace, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. The property is in an excellent location, just a ten-minute drive from the center of Cómpeta and about forty minutes from the sea. All roads leading to the villa are paved.



Two parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome (please do not leave children unattended, especially near the pool and on the marble staircase). Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls. Parties are not permitted. If you plan your visit with children or babies, please contact the host in advance. Beach and pool towels are provided. Electricity in the accommodation is partially generated by solar energy.

Absolutely perfect

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The villa was huge and provided great privacy for our family, the downstairs area was almost a home all by itself. The views were breathtaking and would happily have stayed longer, will definitely consider returning
