"We stayed here for four weeks. Apartment was well equipped with every thing you would need. Complex is very nice and well cared for. The rooftop terraces very nice with a great view. Location was good and we had a car so getting around was easy. Cabanas had lots of nice restaurants and is a pleasant spot to walk. About a 8 minute drive to the old town of Tavira which is a must see.There was mould in the ensuite shower which we had to clean to remove. There was also mould in the second bedroom. We have advised the owners of this as I believe it will require professional attention to deal with it. The elevator had been not operational for quite so time and while the owners offered us a refund it was disclosed to us too close to arrival to make alternative plans."

"Trevor is an excellent host, very patient. We had a hard time getting there because my GPS took me to the wrong part of Tavira. I put in 11 Rua Dos Pescadores and the GPS took me to Santa Lucia, Tavira. In Portugal it is common for each little town can have the same street names. I should have put in Cabanas Beach and there would not have been a problem. Trevor who had a lot of patience with us guided us to the correct location without a problem. He walked us through the place and showed us all of the features and how the keys and garage door worked.We had a wonderful stay, the condo/apartment was lovely, well appointed, clean and in a great location. The underground parking was great, we parked the car and never gave it another thought. If you were in the area in a busier time this feature alone is worth the choice of this property. Very easy to park and take the elevator to the apartment with the luggage.There is a grocery store a short walk away that has pretty well anything you would need. The town / waterfront with most of the bars and restaurants is a short walk and there is a great boardwalk. Thankyou Trevor for the great experience and allowing us the privilege to stay in such a lovely apartment."

"Lovely spot. The only thing that was disappointing was the coffee on the breakfast buffet. The buffet was very decent, but the coffee is terrible. It tastes like instant coffee."

"A wonderful property, beautifully kept, very clean & spacious rooms. Breakfast is lovely and the setting is fabulous. A short 30 minute stroll to the nearest small town for restaurants & train station. Bikes available to borrow and a very peaceful orange grove location. The staff are very welcoming & helpful. This was our second stay and we will return."
