The hotel itself is beautiful and set in a peaceful location. It’s not in a busy area, and although it’s a bit of a walk to get to the beach, we actually enjoyed it—it was nice to have a good stroll. The room wasn’t as big as I expected, but in the end it didn’t bother us at all. Overall, we had a really lovely and relaxing stay."
"The best way to get around with Uber, the breakfast was decent, fresh orange juice was good and the croissants were so soft. Pedro is extremely friendly and kind. The bed was comfortable the pillow was super soft. "

"The rooms are large and the bathrooms are huge. The decor in the lobby is unique and attractive. We were given a great continental breakfast every morning. There is a luixurious deck with a pool on the roof."
"The only item I can say wasn't 100% to my satisfaction was the water pressure in the shower. I know I'm nitpicking. The breakfast was wonderful and there were so many different cheeses to try (7? 8?) and breads to choose from. "
"This hotel has alot of charm. Its character is quaint European, the room is small, but sufficient for two people. Bed is comfortable and the area is quiet. Great central location with easy access to island ferry."
"Very lovely hotel! Location was perfect for walking around Tavira. Room was lovely and clean and they even provided beach towels and a beach tote. Only small issue was my room was closer to the main stairs so there was quite a bit of hallway noise that you could hear from the room."

"Spacious and traditional Portuguese style home in the heart of Tavira old town. All the highlights, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Our favourite restaurant we went to for dinner was Restaurante Ti Maria Tapas whichvwas busy so the customer service was a little rushed but understandably. The food was delicious! Our favourite breakfast spot for coffee and a fresh pastry was La Baguette artisan Boulanger Français... soooo yummy (sadly not open on wednesdays) and two very good ice cream shops, Delizia da Ponte and GelatoMagia - Traditional Ice Cream Gelato. We drove to Santa Luzia (7min) then caught the ferry to the nearest beach which was spectacular, then ate seafood back on the strip afterward. The house was spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable AND has a relaxing garden. Maria was the perfect host, very friendly and helpful. So glad we chose to stay here and would definately stay again."
