"We had a nice stay, and it was very convenient to Fenway. We are active seniors but having to climb out of the bed could be challenging (especially during the night) as it is placed against the wall on three sides, and the person on the "open " side would have to move to allow the other out of the bed. Just something to be aware of. The hotel is literally across the street from the Convention Center T stop, another great convenience. We 'd definitely stay there again if we could have a different configuration of the bed."
"Great location in the heart of back bay. Transportation and dining options are in walkable distances. The staff was very helpful and wanted to ensure the stay was pleasant. I would stay here again and recommend it to others. "
"Our stay was amazing from start to finish! The check in staff was super helpful. Our room was ready earlier than expected which was great after travel. The hotel was close to everything, great food, great shopping and of course right beside TD Garden. The best part was the view from our room. Get the downtown view it’s absolutely worth it! Also the checkout staff was amazing and super happy to hold our bags in check out day. We will be returning in January for our anniversary trip and some hockey at the Garden! "
"My stay at this hotel was excellent! The service was top-notch, and every detail was handled with care. I especially want to recognize Chad, who was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. He truly went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a welcoming atmosphere."
"Staff was great, super location, used the valet parking, very cool old property! Bathrooms are maybe due for a refresh but not bad at all. Will definitely return."
