The staff, breakfast, bar, and proximity to the Gare du Strasbourg train station were all very good. My room was very clean and spacious (I had booked a larger room). My only complaint with the room was the shower. Those expecting a stand-up shower will be disappointed as there is only a bath tub with no shower glass. In addition, there is a shower hose, however, it only reaches waist high so one has to either take a bath or kneel in the bath tub to shower.
