"The Swallow Falls Inn looked like a new establishment, my room was very clean, the staff were professional, polite and very helpful, the breakfast was very fast in coming and tasty. If I can give some critique, you need bigger room number signs as I went the wrong way twice and ended up asking a member of staff who pointed out where the room signs were and admitted that they need to be bigger."

"Fabulous hotel, perfect from check in to check out. Big thank you to the girls in the spa, the receptionist with the long curly hair and the 2 girls who did our massages who didn’t make us feel uncomfortable when we got a case of the severe giggles and couldn’t hold it together! This was a much needed break for me and my daughter after a lot of recent sadness and that memory will stay with us forever, so thank you ! It made our weekend. Main reception, bar and restaurant staff fabulous, room stunning, food and drinks excellent, was sad to check out and we will definitely return ❤️"

"Loved the balcony offering view over the surrounding countryside . Room immaculate and bed comfortable. Staff always friendly and helpful. Found too many ares given over to dogs , I have owned dogs myself however most definitely do not approve of them one areas serving food ."

"A little gem of a place. Had a lovely big bedroom with great views. Andrew, Beth and Cher were great hosts and couldn’t do enough for you. The location is great for exploring North Wales, Snowdonia and Anglesey. "

"This is an adorable cottage in a sweet little village. It was in a perfect location to explore northern Wales. The cottage is cute and I had some of the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time there. The only downside is that’s it’s very cramped. The doorways are 6 foot high so this would be difficult for anyone tall. The kitchen table is squeezed into a corner of the family room that can only fit 2 people but it is difficult to get in or out of the room while being used. The entire cottage could fit into a standard hotel room. "

"It's a very nice quiet picturesque place in the countryside. The accommodation was excellent, it was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for four people.We even had peacocks to keep us company. I can certainly recommend Conway Valley cottages."
