"Christy at the front desk was really great and got me checked in quickly. The room was super clean and even had origami towel in my bathroom set up ( as well as paper bow ties on the toilet paper) I know, it probably sounds cheesy-but the attention to that detail and a fresh room after a long trip-it was all very welcoming and a great experience!"

"Wonderful staff. Very accommodating. We requested a fan which they were unsure if they had one. When we got back to our room, it was waiting on us. Very friendly environment. My wife left her purse, they located it immediately and had it to us within two days. Very clean environment "

"I enjoyed my stay. It's a very quite hotel. The room was clean and the staff was very nice. Especially the young lady that does the morning breakfast. I almost cancelled my booking because of some negative ratings. I am glad I didn't. For the amount of the stay it's a great hotel. I have absolutely no complaints. I will stay there again. "

Walking distance to Opryland. Very good breakfast choice. Surprised 'Grits' was not an option. However, the hot oatmeal and topping bar more than made up. for the void...Regards"
