"Our stay was absolutely fantastic. I had two rough days outside of the hotel and coming back to my room with the attentive staff made me feel cared for. Sadiq at the front desk is a gem. From the moment we checked in, his demeanor was calming. He gave my daughter a loew teddy bear. The second night, I had ordered some doordash. All other hotel stays with food orders, I've had to go down to retrieve them. As I was waiting Sadiq was exiting the elevator and brought exactly 3 water bottles (one for each of us). I wanted to cry. He has an excellent memory. Valet always had the vehicles on time. This location is an extremely well run place. I will stay with Loew Coral Gables again should that opportunity arise."
