"Soggiorno buono, qualità prezzo nella norma, di positivo c’è la pulizia e la zona, abbastanza vicina sia al mare che alla città. Peccato per l’insonorizzazione della stanza in cui sono stato, ovvero la n.4: È sita vicina alla porta d’ingresso e al tavolo della “hall”, quindi essere svegliati è molto semplice: di notte quando gli altri ospiti rincasano e quando gli altri ospiti si fanno il caffè di prima mattina. "The hotel is in an amazing location for visiting the old town and marina of Alghero. The Blau bar and breakfast were a highlight. We’ve stayed here before and had a great time. This trip was less successful as 1) the mattress in the room we had was extremely firm and so made for an uncomfortable night. However, this is subjective and many might appreciate a firm bed. More importantly, 2) the air conditioning / fan in the room was broken and causing water to drip through the ceiling. We reported this to reception and they didn’t seem to do anything about it or offer anything to us like a room change or anything. The only thing they said was that they’d call a technician and if we needed more towels to put down on the floor. Honestly I think this is unacceptable. We had water dripping out the ceiling all night and it was a really irritating noise and also pretty bad to be stepping round it and laying down all the towels on the floor under it. At least for the price paid I think it’s not good and I would have expected something refunded or offered to us. We spoke to reception twice about it and nothing so we just checked out as normal and left and didn’t request anything (maybe I’m too British) but it left a bad taste and impression with us. We totally understand things happen out of the control of the staff and the hotel might be fully booked and unable to move us but some sort of apology would have been appreciated, especially given it’s not a cheap hotel."

"Hotel was clean and very near the centre. Staff at the reception was polite and explained everything how to get around and the good restaurants nearby. Would stay there without hesitation and recommend it to everyone. You will have a comfortable stay and for the price. Go for it and enjoy every minute."

"Overall a Very comfortable space. There were a couple issues though. Every time I flushed the toilet the water pressure caused it to shoot out of the toilet which could be easily fixed. The parking situation was a bit annoying. The place should figured out a way to charge for it or help guest figure out the meter situation, especially for those of us who do not speak or read Italian. I did not appreciate getting a parking ticket. They could have gone to the meter and just helped make sure the process was done correctly."

"This chic and beautifully decorated loft is excellently located in the old town of Alghero, close to shops, restaurants, tourist information centre, places of historic significance and the beach. We had the best of both worlds because it was easy to walk to many places around town yet when the windows were shut it was very quiet. The place was very clean and comfortable with lots of historic character and a spacious feel. Our hosts Tiziana and Natalia were outstanding! We were met in person at the accommodation, given a tour of the loft, and greeted with a bottle of lovely local wine and sweet biscuits. Tiziana was helpful in so many ways with advice about things to see, places to eat and parking. All our messages were answered promptly in a very friendly, cheerful and competent manner. When we left, Natalia popped in with a lovely souvenir gift and offers of assistance. We would highly recommend this excellent accommodation in such a beautiful part of Sardinia. We would certainly stay there again!"
