"We had a great stay at the villa. The layout with bedrooms upstairs and down was good for multiple families. We also loved the expansive outdoor space. A lot of places to relax and find shade. The kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The property is close to Red Hook and multiple different beaches. We would definitely stay again!"

"Our stay was wonderful! This is our second stay and we will be back for a third. We have snorkeled all over st. Thomas and St. John and the reef right off the property is as good or better than anywhere. "

"The check in process was a hassle. I didn’t get the unit number or the code to get in well after I was supposed to. My daughter sat outside in the rain with our groceries because I didn’t have the info for her to get in. So that started the trip off on a negative note The generator ran out of gas so we sat in the dark for hours even though the owner had an error code on her phone and could have had it fixed before it ran out. Getting TP for the 3 & 1/2 bathrooms reminded me of Covid. We we hardly there at the unit during the day & we had the smallest rolls of TP & had to buy our own. Owner told me that she’d reimburse me money to make things right but I don’t see that happening. "

"Really enjoyed this unit! This was our first time visiting St Thomas and the view was incredible! The villa was nicely appointed with everything you need and as distributed. The bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of towels, including beach towels. I really enjoyed the wrap around balcony. We liked sitting outside in the mornings having coffee and in the evening. Communication with the owner good and they answered any questions I had. There is a shuttle on site that will pick you up at your door and take you anywhere in the property, which is really nice since it’s very hilly and not walkable from top to bottom. The two restaurants on site are convenient when you don’t feel like going out. We had a great vacation and would stay here again. "
