"Beds were very comfortable and breakfast standard but good. Great coffee! Hotel staff very nice and friendly. Bathroom was tiny though. Smallest i have ever found in a hotel. There is an unusual system for having your room serviced. Supposed to hang a card on the door if you want housekeeping with the hours you want it. I must have done it wrong 2 days in a row because every eveni g when we returned to the room the sign was gone but housekeeping never serviced the room."

"We had a good visit to East Rochester. The house is only 9 minutes drive to Strong Museum of Play. Everywhere else we needed to be was 20-25 minutes drive. So, not too bad , but not the best location for us.The house had everything we expected. Plenty of kitchen equipment/amenities. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Bed linens were fresh & clean, and the beds made up nicely. The bedroom configuration suited us for 4 adults and 2 children. "
