"The shower stall is so small - I barely manage to squeeze in. Also they clearly cheated us of breakfast that suppose to be included. "An idyllic place - set in countryside surrounded by a nice garden, and woods, yet close to the village and equidistant to city and coast. Lovely old farm building. Only marred because the main highway is fairly close and a bit noisy. Best bit - fantastic dinner, all home made (I think everything from the bread to the cakes are home made here, special note to the jam!) Breakfast on the patio perfect. "We stayed one night at Hotel Julia while cycling northern Italy. We arrived in a dismal drizzle to this non descript town expecting a mediocre hotel for the moderate price we were paying. "Chioggia is a great place to spend a fee days, people are welcoming and kind, the food is great and it is a short water and land taxi ride from Venice through Lodi. Hotel Mosella was one of the best we stayed at during our stay. Very friendly and accommodating staff, great breakfast and very spacious and comfortable suite and secure parking. The hotel manager, Ramone, was phenomenal and bent over backward to ensure we had a great stay. We were originally supposed to stay for only one night and ended up staying for three night mostly due to the our hospitable hosts and the quality of the hotel. We felt like we were home. "
