This boutique hotel was a surprising gem of a place to stay! Our room was spacious and the amenities were top notch. The hotel is in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. The front desk staff was very helpful in securing us a car to the airport and in suggesting a restaurant for dinner. Their breakfast spread was wonderful and delicious and included a wide variety of hot and cold items. In the lobby they provide complimentary fruit every day. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if my travels takes me back to Chioggia.

Nice

We were there for 5 days in beginning of July. Everything was fine. Breakfast was excellent. Big bathroom with nice shower. We had a car which we parked at a parking lot some 200 meters from hotel. The receptionist informed us about the parking and gave us a clear description, 50 euros for 5 days, very convenient. 10 minutes walk to free beach. You are not allowed to smoke on the balcony. There is a nice roof terrace/bar at the hotel. Smoking is allowed there.

Ein ganz tolles Hotel. Nah am Strand. Sauber, ordentlich. Freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Parken konnten wir auf dem Parkplatz 300m entfernt. Hat alles super geklappt. Sehr gute Klimaanlage. Toller Balkon. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Danke für die tolle Zeit.

Na verdade, o atendimento de todos foi excelente, com exceção do Nicola o que me levou a avaliar o staff como ruim. No início ele pareceu bem solícito, mas quando eu tentei, no meu direito, sair um dia antes da reserva, ele levou para o lado pessoal, o que é inaceitável em um profissional do turismo, e passou a me ignorar e me tratar com indiferença. O frigobar não gelava e ele me disse que era somente para 2 ou 3 latas(!?) ou poderia "fundir" o aparelho. O Ar Condicionado não pode ser regulado pelo hóspede, ele disse que é ligado quente e frio de acordo com as estações. Eles não trocaram os lençóis um dos dias, acabou o sabonete líquido e não foi trocado ou completado, o vidro do banheiro vazava muita água e teve que ser reparado duas vezes para dar certo, molhando o piso intereiro, a descarga travava e se nós não tivessesmos visto iria vazer direto. O aquecedor de toalhas não funcionava e o hotel é muito barulhento. Enfim, não recomendo ficar neste hotel.
