"This is one of our favorite places. We come every year sometimes twice a year since we live only about an hour+ away. Though some features have changed over the years. There definitely needs to be more servers tending the pool area. Years ago they would circulate constantly. Also there HAS to be more umbrellas. The sun is blaring and yes it’s great to cool off in the pool, but there has to be more shade too. Seriously, 10 more umbrellas around chairs by the pool would make a massive difference. "
"Hotel was fabulous. Modern look, clean a beautiful room. Staff was fantastic, friendly and helpful. Pool was great. The hotel is located right in the middle of things on 5th Avenue @Naples. "
