"The rooms and the facility was very clean, warm and inviting. The staff was always smiling and courteous with a great attitude. Special shout out to Joan, Pedro and Sara at the front desk. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and memorable. And to top it all off Franklin did an amazing job with the drinks! Cheers! Keep up the great work. "
"It is a nice conveniently located budget restaurant with good breakfast. Warning: it is located on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor of the building without a lift so only use if you don't mind the climb. Good supportive reception and right opposite Rossio station so easy to commute or walk to all attractions."
"Rooms were a good size and our had a washing machine to wash our clothes in which was a nice touch. Did not eat at the hotel but the restaurants looked nice."
"The location is great, just beside the metro station that connects to the airport and in the heart of Lisbon. Room was tiny. Staff was fine and most of the time helpful when I needed, except for this one lady that was a bit rude when I questioned why the safe is not bolted the wall. If is not bolted, it defeats the purpose of having a safe available. A good place for a short period stay, I wouldn’t stay there longer than 2 nights. "
