"Beds and pillows are not comfortable at all. Room is more of an apartment vibe than a hotel. Staff is friendly but it’s not the same service you would get at a 5 star hotel. Gives more of a hotel/residency than an actual hotel. Walls are also really thin so if you are a light sleeper you might not feel the most well rested, you can hear guests closing and opening the door and staff cleans the room early so you can really hear everything. "

"It’s immediately clear why this is one of the best hotels in Lisbon. From the moment we arrived the service was outstanding, staff are friendly and genuinely keen to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and the soundproofing is next level, I haven’t slept that soundly for a long time. Then there is all the lovely extras; quality toiletries, fresh drinks in the mini bar, pillow menu, all the snacks you could want and an outstanding free walking tour (which reveals the secret in the hotels basement!). The icing on the cake (literally) was discovering it was my partners birthday and surprising us with a cake it breakfast! I cannot rate this hotel highly enough, this is what real hospitality looks like and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Lisbojn. "

"Pleasant enough stay but a few issues. We arrived late, & the building was locked. It took a long time to get someone to open up & let us in to check in. WiFi was not explained upon check in. Got to the room & there was an open bathroom, which considering we asked for a twin room - mother & daughter - we didn’t particularly want to see the other showering!! Room 16 needs a screen or curtain you can divide the room up from the bathroom area, so that you have some privacy. No milk for tea or coffee, even upon request we couldn’t have any (surely you supply this for breakfast?!) luckily a great supermarket is across the road for more coffee & milk supplies. Room very hot, no remote available for the heater/air con unit to adjust it. Also waited ages for someone to serve us at the bar in the evening. If you like basic, then it’s a great location. "

"Superb hotel. Awesome location. Huge shoutout to Soraia. She was fantastic - her suggestion, directions, advice were very helpful. I traveled alone with my son and this hotel made it a great trip. Breakfast was lovely (my son thought the scrambled eggs were the best). Location is convenient to take the trams, and to the Rossio train station to go to Sintra. Short walk to Plaza de Commercial. We did a walking tour - meeting points are close by either in Rossio Square, or Plaza de Restauradoresor Plaza de Commefcial, All in all highly recommend this hotel. "

"Loved this hotel! The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, incredible croissants and eggs cooked to order! The location is excellent, close to the bus station, the main square and backs right on to the Time Out Market. Most importantly the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. U highly recommend it."
