"Our family loved our stay at “Pearl” in Buck Island! It was a beautiful and safe neighborhood at a perfect location. You could walk to the beach, the pool, stores, miniature golf, and restaurants. The house is beautiful and clean! Jill and HB also provide so many items that make packing easier and your stay convenient. They even allowed us to arrive early and use the downstairs to store our stuff, change, and use the bathroom. This is truly a family friendly house and location! We hope to stay again!"

"The rooms were very clean, the host was very kind and informative, very good communication for checking in. Located beautifully near the beach, stores and restaurants 10/10 do recommend. Well stocked kitchen for not having to eat out every night, walk in closets, it really was beautiful. Thank you again to the host."

"Property needs lots of updates, screen, blinds, need curtain on ground floor for privacy, water too hot uncontrollable hard to take shower, broken appliances not usable, not equipped in the kitchen. Very misleading with the place in the family/leaving area not enough space for 10 people this house only good for 6 people. We enjoyed the hot tub but concerning when you access it through the bedroom of two guests very not well thought. All in all we had good time because of the people I’m with nothing to do with the property."

"Overall, the place was very nice. The bunkbed mattresses seem worn and uncomfortable. We found a pair of shorts and underwear behind one of the beds.Also found a container of some type of balm I underneath one of the dressers. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots pans utensil, silverware glasses for a large group. the pool was very nice. The hot tub was very nice.Had an issue with garbage cans being full upon our arrival but a call to the realtor resolved the matter. The location of the property was a little further from the beach than I expected, but as most persons in this housing plan, we were able to drive all of our beach supplies down to the boardwalk and unload the car."
